All Three Bedrooms and Lodge (Whole Place) $450.00 per night Includes 2 Full size sofa beds. all three bedrooms, no cost for additional people in lodge; Breakfast not included. All prices include tax and after 7 days 10% off on daily rates Weekly Rates (7 days)-breakfast served friday, saturday and sunday. River Room $669.00 Bunch Room $559.00 Tunnel Room $649.00 Schwencer Lodge Day - $180.00 ½ Day - $80.00 1 hour - $40.00 Great for meetings, family reunions, etc. kitchen and bbq avilable for use; clean up of the kitchen, BBQ, Tables and Bar are required. Stables Horses $10 per horse per night Horses in our stable $15 per horse per night Note: Owner must provide feed and feed their horses Pets Well mannered pets are welcome at $10 per pet per night; pets cannot be left unattended in the Lodge or Rooms. Pets not reported will result in $200 fee. all prices include tax. A deposit of 50% of your stay is required at the time of reservation to hold your room. balance due at check-in. deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same period of time.
